Carbondale Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
Keep Carbondale Beautiful, in anticipation of KCB’s birthday at the end of July, is seeking nominations for the “most beautiful spot” in Carbondale. Send in location and a photo, or at least an address, to keepcb1326@gmail.org. Name and contact info of nominator and of property owner would also be appreciated.
Nominations will be accepted until July 15 (deadline has been extended).
A committee will select the top nominations and the public will be invited to vote July 16-25. Watch the Keep Carbondale Beautiful website or facebook page for photos and directions for voting. The winner will be announced July 27th at Fourth Friday Fair, Townsquare Pavilion.
