Giant City Community Consolidated School District 130 Board met March 19.

1. Approve Minutes, T. Report and Activity/Imprest
Motion made by Skiles, seconded by Bickel to approve the Regular Meeting minutes from February 26, 2018, the February 2018 Activity and Imprest Reports, and the February 2018 Treasurer’s Report. Votes were as follows: Yeas-Skiles, Buffington, Ancell, Martin, and Bickel.
2. Approve Expend.
Motion made by Ancell, seconded by Buffington to approve the March 2018 expenditures. Votes were as follows: Yeas- Skiles, Buffington, Ancell, Martin, Bickel and Fakhoury
3. Executive Session
Motion made by Buffington, seconded by Sanders to adjourn to Executive Session at 7:35 p.m. to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, performance or dismissal of a specific employee of the public body, pursuant to 5ILCS 120/2(c)(1). Votes were as follows: Ayes- All.

Motion made by Sanders, seconded by Buffington to adjourn from Executive Session at 8:17 p.m. Votes were as follows: Ayes-All
5. Approve Minutes
Motion made by Sanders, seconded by Skiles to approve the Executive Session minutes in which the appointment, employment, compensation, performance or dismissal of a specific employee of the public body was discussed. Votes were as follows: Ayes-All.
6. Reduction in Force
Motion made by Buffington, seconded by Ancell to approve the Reduction in Force of Paraprofessional Melissa Mott as of June 4, 2018. Votes were as follows: Yeas-Skiles, Buffington, Ancell, Martin, Bickel, Fakhoury and Sanders.
7. Reduction in Force
Motion made by Fakhoury, seconded by Sanders to approve the Reduction in Force of Paraprofessional Bridget Buffington as of June 4, 2018. Votes were as follows: Yeas-Skiles, Ancell, Martin, Bickel, Fakhoury and Sanders. Abstain-Buffington
8. Reduction in Force
Motion made by Buffington, seconded by Sanders to approve the Reduction In Force of Paraprofessional Nikki Rosenthal as June 4, 2018. Votes were as follows: Yeas-Skiles, Buffington, Ancell, Martin, Bickel, Fakhoury and Sanders.
9. Reduction in Force
Motion made by Bickel, seconded by Sanders to approve the Reduction in Force of Paraprofessional Deanne Miller as of June 4, 2018. Votes were as follows: Yeas-Skiles, Buffington, Ancell, Martin, Bickel, Fakhoury and Sanders.
10. Reduction in Force

143. Certified Dismissal List Motion made by Sanders, seconded by Buffington to approve the Certified Staff Honorable Dismissal List for FY2018 school year. Votes were as follows: Yeas-Skiles, Buffington, Ancell, Martin, Bickel, Fakhoury and Sanders.
