City of Carbondale Historic Park Committee will meet on June 13. 

Here is the agenda as provided by the committee:

Introductions and roll call

Special reports: Update on landscape displays in the Student Center

New business: Discussion on setting up a 501 C3 foundation for the park

Old business:

                  Master plan schedule submissions (5 year)

                  Maintaining the Facebook Page for the Park

                  Continue discussion of Kiosks and historical information to be used/included.

                  Consensus on landscape elements for the park

Private/Public partnerships:

                  Update on partnering progress.

Possible local, county, state, federal assistance
