The Williamson County Board of Commissioners met Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 9:20 a.m. at the Williamson County Administrative Building Boardroom, Marion, Illinois, in a special meeting of the Williamson County Board of Commissioners with the following members present:
Ron Ellis, Chairman
Jim Marlo, Commissioner
Brent Gentry, Commissioner
Attest: Amanda Barnes, County Clerk and Recorder
Discussion had on budgeting and strategic planning for fiscal year 2017/2018 with Kim Meyer of Hudgens and Meyer, LLC.
Brinson Venable, Treasurer, present for an update on the accounting software.
Commissioner Gentry left at 12:45 p.m.
Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Ron Ellis to adjourn meeting. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea; Brent Gentry, Not Present. Two members present voting Yea; motion carried.
