The Williamson County Board of Commissioners met Monday, July 31, 2017 at 10:07 a.m. at the Williamson County Administrative Building Boardroom, Marion, Illinois, in a

special meeting of the Williamson County Board of Commissioners with the following members present:

Ron Ellis, Chairman

Jim Marlo, Commissioner

Brent Gentry, Commissioner

Attest: Amanda Barnes, County Clerk and Recorder

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, accepting Resolution No. 17-07-31-52 Resolution for Permanent Load Limit for Old Salt

Trail Road. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, accepting Resolution No. 17-07-31-53 Resolution for Permanent Load Limit for Power Plant

Road. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, accepting Resolution No. 17-07-31-54 Resolution for Permanent Load Limit for Miles Trail

Road. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Resolution for Permanent Load Limit for Dykersburg Road. Tabled.
