Meeting called to order at 9am. Those present Tammy Ehlers, Allan Karnes, Wenona Whitfield, Jessica Doerr Berger, Maureen Berkowitz, Dan Brenner.
Approval of Minutes
Motion by Whitfield, 2nd by Berger to approve minutes from the following meetings: May 22, 2017, June6, 2017, June 8th, 2017, June 12, 2017, June 15, 2017.
1. BOR-2017001 Grand Tower Energy Center
Discussion of appraisers to appraise Grand Tower Energy Center. Request for quotes to be sent
to IAAAC, Federal Appraisals, and Capital Valuation Services and Appraisals. MUST be ASA and
licensed in the State of Illinois.

Discussion of any cases currently at PTAB level.
New Business
Discussion of omitted property in Desoto and Makanda Township.
Maureen Berkowitz presented assessment ratio for 2015 and 2016 showing sale trends.
