Citizens for Competitive Electricity owes $275 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens for Competitive Electricity owes a $75 fine imposed on Aug. 28, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $200 with Steven Thayer listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show three area campaign committees owe a combined total of $2,709.45 in pending fines.
