Citizens for Bill Kilquist owes $734.45 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens for Bill Kilquist owes a $734.45 fine imposed on Feb. 27, 2015 with William Kilquist listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show three area campaign committees owe a combined total of $2,709.45 in pending fines.
