Campbell Hill ranked 356th in state in lottery ticket sales for March 2016

The Village of Campbell Hill had the 356th highest lottery ticket net sales statewide per capita for the month of March 2016 -- down 23 spots from its February ranking.

The per capita lottery ticket sales in Campbell Hill was $23.05 per person.

Based on monthly sales records obtained by the Carbondale Reporter, Campbell Hill generated $7,468 in net sales from its one lottery retailer in March 2016, compared to $6,297 in March 2015.

The Village of Campbell Hill is in Jackson County, and has a population of 324, according to 2010 census data.

Average sales for municipalities in the region in March 2016 was $17,530.86.
