The Carterville City Council met Oct. 11 to review the Chamber of Commerce Report.

Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the council:

"The Carterville City Council is made up of eleven members. The Mayor, City Clerk, Treasurer and eight Aldermen (two representing each of four wards). Offices of Mayor, City Clerk and Treasurer are four year terms. Terms for Aldermen are four years as well, with elections being for one Alderman per Ward every two years.
