Gun shop owner Kemp: 'We wish the government wouldn't be focusing on law-abiding citizens so much'

Marion gun and range owner David Kemp says a new law banning firearms and magazines has changed his business and affected his biggest seller, but that fortunately his business offers more than gun sales.

In a Dec. 1 Facebook post, Rep. Patrick Windhorst urged his fellow lawmakers to vote against amendments to the SAFE-T Act, because it is still unworkable, despite the work that has been done.
