MOTION: Approve the minutes from the Local Liquor Control Commission meeting of August 26, 2025. Motion by Adam Loos, second by Nathan Colombo.

3.2 Application for an On-Premises Secondary Restaurant Liquor License with Package Sales, Video Gaming, and Catering Riders from Pagliai's Pizza of Carbondale, Inc. d/b/a Pagliai's Pizza

MOTION: Approve the issuance of an On-premises Secondary Use Restaurant liquor license with package sales, video gaming, and catering riders, contingent upon receipt of all outstanding items Motion by Nathan Colombo, second by Nancy Maxwell.
