Murphysboro High School announces regional athletic event and shares district information

Murphysboro High School has shared recent updates and announcements through its official X (formerly Twitter) account, including information about upcoming athletic events.

On October 19, 2025, Murphysboro High School posted a tweet: "https://t.co/KlLtTHMY6y". The following day, another tweet was shared: "https://t.co/lBkizfvcW3".

Most notably, on October 20, 2025, the school announced an athletic event: "Murphysboro will be hosting the Massac Vs. Vienna Regional game tonight at 6:00 https://t.co/mGOafu0jox".

Murphysboro High School is part of the Murphysboro Community Unit School District 186, which serves Jackson County and includes Carruthers Elementary School, General John A.
