Southern Illinois University (SIU) Athletics has announced a new partnership with SI Roofing & Siding, making the Marion-based company an Official Partner of Saluki Football. This agreement marks the first time a corporate partner’s branding will appear on the field at Saluki Stadium.

Under the three-year deal, SI Roofing & Siding’s logos will be displayed on both 25-yard lines starting with the October 4 home game against Indiana State. Last season, nearly 50,000 fans attended games at Saluki Stadium.

"We are so proud to partner with SI Roofing & Siding, and we are thankful for their continued support," said SIU Athletics Director Tim Leonard. "To win at the highest level, we need support from our community, fans, and local businesses. We are appreciative of every fan who buys a ticket and every sponsor that invests in our mission."

In addition to its on-field presence and official partner status, SI Roofing & Siding will serve as presenting sponsor for SIU's annual Military Appreciation Game against South Dakota on November 15. The company will also receive digital marketing assets across Saluki Football and Men's Basketball. As part of its sponsorship of the Military Appreciation Game, SI Roofing & Siding will provide one local military veteran each year with a new roof for their home.

Saluki Sports Properties is part of Learfield, which holds exclusive multimedia rights for Southern Illinois Athletics.

Saluki Athletics sponsors 16 Division I programs competing nationally across multiple sports. The department emphasizes integrity and excellence while supporting student-athletes’ academic success and athletic achievements.
