1. Resolution 17-2025 Declaring the Intent of the City to Pursue the Establishment of a Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area and to Induce the Redevelopment of Certain Property within said Area.

2. Resolution 18-2025 Approving and Authorizing the Financial Commitment in the Safe Routes to Schools Grant Program.

3. Authorize Purchase of Police Department Vehicle.

4. Agreement – TIF Façade – Hurricane Properties – 1020 S. Park Avenue.
