1. Close East Monroe Street from 13th to 14th Streets on Sunday, September 14, 2025 for Elks Poker Run from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Rain Date Sunday, September 21, 2025.

2. Close N. 14th St. from E. Monroe St. to railroad tracks and E. Cherry St. from Park Ave. through N. 14th St. on Friday, October 17, 2025, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm and Saturday, October 18, 2025, 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm for Ghost of Herrin Walking Tour.

3. Authorize Purchase and Agreement for Police Department Body Cameras with Axon Enterprise, Inc.

4. Authorization to remove parcel 01-24-300-029 (NW corner of 35th & Cherry St.) from TIF 1.

5. Authorization to create TIF 6.
