1) Discuss/Approve minutes from the June 9, 2025 city council meeting.

C. BOARD APPOINTMENTS

1) Approve the appointment of Matt Colboth to an open seat on the Marion Carnegie Library Board.

5. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT

A. Discuss/Approve the purchase of two Aerzen blowers for the wastewater treatment plant; a budgeted item.

B. Discuss/Approve new power purchase price for the two solar arrays at the water and wastewater plants.

6. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND MUNICIPAL PLANNING

A. Discuss/Approve FY26 TIF Grant applications received through June 19, 2025.

B. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 4049, a TIF XX Redevelopment Agreement with Enrico Castellano.

C. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 4050, amending a Residential TIF I redevelopment agreement with Yellow Door Builders.

A. Discuss/Approve an estimate from Vaughn's Roofing to replace the roof at the Lighthouse Shelter.

B. Discuss/Approve an estimate by Vaughn's Roofing to apply a silicone coating to the roof of the Marion Senior Citizens Center.
