On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Trico High School standout Daniel Vogt’s current college team, the St. Mary's Rattlers, won 9-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals.

The game took place at Dickson Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Chaparrals this season.

The Rattlers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. at Dickson Stadium against Our Lady of the Lake Saints.
