Murphysboro High School recently shared updates on their vibrant athletic achievements and some statistics concerning educational metrics in Illinois. On March 27, 2025, the highlight of their tweets was the acknowledgment of students' sports accomplishments and a broader insight into the school district's demographic and economic data.

On March 27, 2025, Murphysboro High School sent congratulations to Shameria Joshua-Ayers for her 2024-25 Girls Basketball achievements.
