Southern Illinois Salukis Men's Track & Field | Southern Illinois University Athletics
The Southern Illinois University (SIU) Track and Field teams have been ranked in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Indoor Track and Field Pre-Championship Poll. The men's team is projected to finish fourth, while the women's team is expected to place seventh.
In the men's rankings, SIU garnered 67 points, placing them behind Illinois State with 83 points, Northern Iowa with 93 points, and Indiana State leading with 94 points. On the women's side, SIU received 69 points, positioning them seventh. Indiana State emerged as the favorite in the women's category with a total of 140 points.
The MVC Indoor Championships are scheduled to begin on Sunday, March 2 at 9 a.m. at the Dr. Conrad Worrill Track and Field Center located at Gately Park in Chicago.
