Southern Illinois University women's soccer player Lucy Horn has been recognized by the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) as a member of the All-Tournament Team. The announcement was made on Sunday evening.
Horn, who hails from Penicuik, Scotland, is in her fifth year and becomes only the second player in the history of the program to receive this honor. She participated in all 19 games of the season, including the opening round of the MVC Tournament.
Horn led her team, known as the Salukis, with a total of 1,710 minutes on the field this season—a record for the program. Her contributions included one goal and one assist. In October, she was also named MVC Defender of the Week.
The previous Saluki to earn a spot on the All-Tournament Team was Sam DeJulio in 2022.
