PARIS, France - Three-time Olympian DeAnna Price took eleventh place in the women's hammer throw competition Tuesday at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Price fouled on her first attempt and threw 70.18 meters on her second attempt. Her longest throw of 71.00 meters (232'11") on her third attempt was 1.98 meters short of the qualifying mark to make three more throws.

Team USA teammate Annette Echikunwoke led the event with a throw of 75.48 meters on her third attempt, but Canadian Camryn Rogers won gold after throwing 76.97 meters on her fifth attempt.

The 31-year-old concludes another significant run where she not only qualified for the Games but also made the Olympic finals for the third time in her career.
