Commissioners present

Commissioner Ginger Rye Sanders, Commissioner Jeff Doherty, Commissioner LaCaje Hill, Commissioner Clare Killman, Commissioner Adam Loos, Commissioner Nancy Maxwell, and Chairperson Carolin Harvey

Meeting called to order at 6:00 PM

1. Preliminaries to the Local Liquor Control Commission Meeting

Procedural: 1.1 Roll Call

2. Public Comments for the Local Liquor Control Commission

3. General Business of the Local Liquor Control Commission

Action: 3.1 Local Liquor Control Commission Meeting Minutes from February 27, 2024

MOTION: Approve the minutes from the Local Liquor Control Commission meeting of February 27, 2024

Motion by Clare Killman, second by Nancy Maxwell.

Final Resolution: Motion Carries

Yea: Ginger Rye Sanders, Jeff Doherty, LaCaje Hill, Clare Killman, Adam Loos, Nancy Maxwell, Carolin Harvey

Action: 3.2 Application for a Temporary Liquor License from Carbondale Main Street for the CarbondALE Brew Fest on May 3, 2024

MOTION: Approve the issuance of a not-for-profit Special Event Retailer's license to Carbondale Main Street contingent upon receipt of outstanding items

Motion by Ginger Rye Sanders, second by Jeff Doherty.

Final Resolution: Motion Carries

Action: 3.3 Application for a Temporary Liquor License from Route 51 Brewing Company for the Southern Illinois Irish Festival on April 27, 2024

MOTION: Approve the issuance of a temporary liquor license to Route 51 Brewing Company, contingent upon receipt of all outstanding items

Motion by LaCaje Hill, second by Jeff Doherty.

Final Resolution: Motion Carries

Action: 3.4 Application for a Temporary Liquor License from St. Nicholas Brewing Company for the Carbondale Spring FEST on April 6 and 7, 2024

MOTION: Approve the issuance of a temporary liquor license to St. Nicholas Brewing Company, contingent upon receipt of all outstanding items

Motion by Clare Killman, second by LaCaje Hill.
