2) Discuss/Approve 4th Quarter Payment of $21,250 to REDCO.
B. EMPLOYMENT
1) Hub Recreation Center
Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Christopher Banks as part-time Lifeguard $14.50/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.
Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire John Volmert as part-time Personal Trainer $30.00/hour, Fitness Attendant $14.00/hour, Basketball Staff $14.00/hour, and Tackle Football Staff $14.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.
Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Jolie Lukstein as part-time Lifeguard $14.50/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.
Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire John Andrew Dorsey as part-time Lifeguard $14.50/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.
2) Marion Carnegie Library
Approve the recommendation of the Director to reduce hours from full-time to part-time Librarian I for Elva Prince at the rate of $14.50 per hour
Approve the recommendation of the Director to promote Branda Brown from full-time Librarian I to full-time Coordinator of Business Services at $16 per hour
Approve the recommendation of the Director to increase hours from part-time to full-time Librarian I for Andrea Sellars at the existing rate of pay
C. MINUTES
1) Discuss/Approve minutes from the January 8, 2024 council meeting.

5. BUILDING & CODE SERVICES
A. Discuss and Affirm or Overrule the Zoning Board's denial of a variance at 305 E Boulevard St., PIN# 07-18-304-007 to keep and complete a fence partially installed which was placed in the front yard before obtaining a permit. (Hance)
6. POLICE DEPARTMENT
A. Discuss/Approve the recommendation of Chief Fitts to hire Jaclyn Barrette to the position of Records Clerk at the agreed upon rate per the collective bargaining agreement. Barrette's start date will be January 23rd, 2024.
7. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND MUNICIPAL PLANNING
A. Discuss/Approve an engineering agreement with Horner & Shifrin, Inc. for the 16-inch Forcemain Relocation Project.
B. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3936 authorizing the transfer and exchange of real estate with the Marion Park District.
C. Discuss/Approve Resolution 2024-07 authorizing the sale of surplus property to IDOT for $4,400.
