Williamson County Board of Commissioners met Oct. 17.

The Williamson County Board of Commissioners met Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 1:17 p.m. at the Williamson County Administrative Building Boardroom, Marion, Illinois, in a meeting of the Williamson County Board of Commissioners with the following members present:

Tim Atkisson, Commissioner

Jim Marlo, Commissioner

Jim Rasor, Commissioner

Budgeting and strategic planning.

Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Jim Rasor, approving Regular Board Meeting for 2024 Public Notice. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Tim Atkisson, Yea; Jim Marlo, Yea; Jim Rasor, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Jim Rasor and Jim Marlo, approving RESOLUTION NO. 23-10-17-98 FERGES WATER DISTRICT. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Tim Atkisson, Yea; Jim Marlo, Yea; Jim Rasor, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Jim Rasor, approving $25,000 in ARPA funds for Resolution and Ordinance Codification project. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Tim Atkisson, Yea; Jim Marlo, Yea; Jim Rasor, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

ARPA claims that were presented for signatures for: Saline River, Hoerner Shiffrin and Burnside Water District.

Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Jim Rasor to recess and reconvene meeting to October 18, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Tim Atkisson, Yea; Jim Marlo, Yea; Jim Rasor, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
