8. Discussion and possible action on applying for a Grant through WIRC for a new equipped snow plow.

10. Discussion and possible action on replacement for Attorney Wayne Statham due to retirement and possibly interviewing and hiring for interested law firms.
11. Discussion and possible action on hiring of Levi Carr for emergency only snow-plowing.
