The Williamson County Board of Commissioners met Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 10:03 a.m. at the Williamson County Administrative Building Boardroom, Marion, Illinois, in a meeting of the Williamson County Board of Commissioners with the following members present:

Tim Atkisson, Commissioner

Jim Marlo, Commissioner

Jim Rasor, Commissioner

Motion made by Jim Rasor and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving consent agenda. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Tim Atkisson, Yea; Jim Marlo, Yea; Jim Rasor, Yea.

All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Michael Lewis, Crab Orchard resident was present to discuss light intrusion on his property. No action taken.

Discussion with State’s Attorney, Ted Hampson on laptops for his office. There is $13,000 put aside in contingency for laptops and the rest will come from the State’s

Attorney’s automation.

Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Jim Rasor, approving the ad notification for the Request for Proposals for the County Wide Cleanup on October 21, 2023.

Roll call vote was taken as follows: Tim Atkisson, Yea; Jim Marlo, Yea; Jim Rasor, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Jim Rasor, approving lodging rates of $132.00 for the travel reimbursement. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Tim

Atkisson, Yea; Jim Marlo, Yea; Jim Rasor, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Discussion had on Holiday Resolution. No action taken.

Motion made by Jim Rasor and seconded by Jim Marlo to adjourn meeting. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Tim Atkisson, Yea; Jim Marlo, Yea; Jim Rasor, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
