3. Resolution 9-2023 Herrinfesta Italiana Road Race - Monday, May 29, 2023.

4. Resolution 10-2023 Herrinfesta Italiana 2023 Road Closures.

5. Appoint Lindell Hatley to the Herrin Police Pension Board for a term beginning May 1, 2023 and ending April 30, 2025.

6. Appoint Ryan Rash to the Fire Police Pension Board for a term beginning May 1, 2023 and ending April 30, 2026.

7. Proclamation - Public Works Week, May 21-27, 2023

8. Ordinance 16-2023 Amending Chapter 21 (Liquor Code) to Increase the Number of Class "E" Licenses and Decrease the Number of Class "C" Licenses.
