d. Discuss / Approve accepting the grant award from Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity for the Energy Transition Community Grant in the amount of $57,029.00.
e. Discuss / Approve publishing a press release regarding the award of the Energy Transition Community Grant.
f. Approval of Executive Session minutes from July 26, 2022, September 27, 2022, October 25, 2022, November 15, 2022, January 24, 2023, and February 28, 2023, to remain closed with or without exception.
g. Discuss / Approve a performance bonus for Administrative Assistant, Kim Bauernfeind – Moore.
