A. INVOICES

1) Approve the annual budgeted donation to the Williamson County Historical Society in the amount of $15,000.

B. EMPLOYMENT

1) HUB RECREATION CENTER

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Madison Emery as part-time Lifeguard $13.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Sabrina Rush as part-time Camp Counselor $13.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Maddelynne Costello as part-time Camp Counselor $13.00/hour, Front Desk Attendant $13.00/hour, and Cafe Attendant $13.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Coleman Bailie as part-time Camp Counselor $13.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Mia De La Paz as part-time Front Desk Attendant $13.00/hour, Cafe Attendant $13.00/hour, Camp Counselor $13.00/hour, and Childwatch Attendant $13.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

2) MARION CARNEGIE LIBRARY

Approve the recommendation of the Director to hire Erica Marks to an open Librarian I substitute position at $13.50/hour.

3) MARION CULTURAL & CIVIC CENTER

Approve the recommendation of the Director to hire Hunter Scott to an open part-time Custodian position at $13.00/hour.

1) Discuss/Approve minutes from the March 13, 2023 council meeting.

5. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND MUNICIPAL PLANNING

A. Discuss/Approve the purchase of 1101 Midway Court (PIN #: 06-24-328-001) from Jeremy Maloney.

B. Discuss/Approve the purchase of 1317 W Concord (PIN #: 06-24-328-003) from Christopher Pemberton.
