3. IDOT Engineering Agreement with Horner & Shifrin, Inc. for Section 22-00076-00- SW. N. 18th Street from W. Herrin Street to W. Monroe Street.

4. Ordinance 4-2023 Authorizing a TIF Redevelopment Agreement with Wilhelm Industries, Inc. d/b/a Wonder Wash.

5. Discussion & Possible Action regarding street light near 700 S. 22nd Street.
