4. CONSENT AGENDA

A. MINUTES

1) Discuss/Approve minutes from the December 12, 2022 council meeting.

B. BOARD APPOINTMENTS

1) Discuss/Approve the reappointment of Ashley Olsen to the Williamson County Joint Emergency Telephone Services Board of Trustees for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2023.

C. EMPLOYMENT

1) MARION CARNEGIE LIBRARY

Approve the recommendation of the Director to hire Shyanne Jasper as full-time Librarian I $13.50/hour

2) HUB RECREATION CENTER

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to promote Rebekah Crouse to the full-time position of Aquatics Coordinator, exempt status, at the annual salary of $40,000 plus benefits, effective December 28, 2022.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Alexa Mccuan as part-time Lifeguard, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

NEW BUSINESS

5. POLICE DEPARTMENT

A. Discuss/Approve the recommendation of Commissioner Barwick and Chief Fitts to hire Jared Blaylock to fill the open dispatch position at the probationary 1 rate per the collective bargaining agreement. Mr. Blaylock's start date is January 4th, 2023.

6. PUBLIC AFFAIRS

A. Discuss/Approve Clarida & Ziegler Consent to Contract Assignments.

B. Discuss/Approve Change Order 27 to the Marion City Hall project adding additional sump pumps in the basement.

C. Discuss/Adopt Resolution 2022-23 authorizing a local match from the Project Fund for a DRA Grant to build a road north of the Pavilion.
