MOTION: Approve the minutes from the Local Liquor Control Commission meeting of December 14, 2021

Action: 2.2 Application for an On-Premises Secondary Liquor License from Chalky's, LLC d/b/a Chalky's at 500 New Era Road

MOTION: Upon determining that the applicant meets the criteria outlined in the agenda item background, approve the issuance of the On-Premises Secondary liquor license for Chalky's, LLC d/b/a Chalky's, contingent upon receipt of all outstanding items
