Median home prices in De Soto rose to $67,500 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in De Soto rose by $24,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,500 - a 57% increase over the $43,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in De Soto in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in De Soto for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,902, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
