On Jan. 4, Clay T. and Zepplyn D. Brewer sold their home at 148 Twelve Oaks Drive, Murphysboro to Karen Jo Johnson and Harriet J. Ward for $430,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $10,951.64, 2.55% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $365,000 on July 1, 2017.

So far in January 2022, two properties sold in Murphysboro.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Clay T. Brewer has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least 13 primary elections, records show, including 13 Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 148 Twelve Oaks Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Zeppelyn D. Brewer, 43, Clay T. Brewer, 57, and Stacy O Nicklow, 52.
