On Dec. 17, Anthony T. and Erin M. Harris purchased a home at 2474 N. Reed Station Road, Carbondale from Michael I. and Charlena Bitting for $378,500.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $12,051.06, which is 3.18% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, six properties sold in Carbondale.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Charlena B. Bitting has been registered to vote since 2004. Michael I. Bitting has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
