On Sept. 17, Landon Hicks purchased a commercial property at 1904 Walnut, Murphysboro from Charles and Lynda Homan for $500,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,441.24, which is 1.29% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $190,000 on Aug. 1, 2011.

So far in September 2021, 14 properties sold in Murphysboro.
