Action: 2.1 Local Liquor Control Commission Minutes from August 24, 2021

MOTION: Approve the minutes from the Local Liquor Control Commission meeting of August 24, 2021

Motion by Tom Grant, second by Adam Loos.

Final Resolution: Motion Carries

Action: 2.2 Application for a Class C1 Liquor License for Surbhi Properties, LLC d/b/a Main Street Liquors and Tobacco at 600 East Main Street

There was a question about whether any additional action was needed with regard to the cap.

MOTION: Approve the issuance of the Class C1 liquor license for Surbhi Properties, LLC, contingent upon surrender of the currently issued C1 liquor license and receipt of all other outstanding items

Motion by Jeff Doherty, second by Lee Fronabarger.
