Median home prices in De Soto fell to $62,450 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in De Soto fell by $8,800 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,450 - a 12.4% decrease over the $71,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in De Soto in the second quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in De Soto for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,902, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
