On Aug. 4, Lawanda and Joseph Stacy purchased a home at 1025 N. Springer, Carbondale from Alane and Katherine E. South Nathan J. Meissner for $128,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,890.48, 3.04% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Carbondale so far in August 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Katherine E. South has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries. Nathan Meissner has been registered to vote since 2009 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1025 N. Springer as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carolynn A. Hanzal, 33, Katherine E. South, 41, and Nathan Meissner, 40.
