On July 30, David and Kim Keim sold their home at 600 W. Chestnut, Carbondale to Kiera Richardson for $115,600.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $3,660.36, which is 3.17% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Carbondale in July 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David J. Keim has been registered to vote since 1986 and has voted in at least 12 primary elections, records show, including 12 Democratic Primaries.
