On June 21, Paul and Lesley Shawler purchased a home at 1030 N. Springer St., Carbondale from Jill Harris for $125,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,246.74, 2.6% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 28, 2020 for $110,000.

So far in June 2021, this is the only property that sold in Carbondale as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 1030 N. Springer St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donna R. Allison, 38, and Erin C. Allison, 32.
