The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,691.18, 1.7% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $220,000 on May 1, 2008.

So far in June 2021, this is the only property that sold in Makanda as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bradley H MC Guire, 62, was the only registered voter residing at 1 E. Mich. Guire Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
