Carbondale home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Carbondale rose by $20,225 while total sales increased by 137.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,000 - a 24.7% increase over the $81,775 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Carbondale in the first quarter of 2020.
