The second half of 2020: Campbell Hill experienced a 21.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Campbell Hill rose by $7,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 21.2% increase over the $33,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Campbell Hill in the second half of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Campbell Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,225, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
