De Soto median home prices fell by 33.8% in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in De Soto fell by $22,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,000 - a 33.8% decrease over the $65,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in De Soto in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in De Soto for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,902, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
