This home last sold on Sept. 1, 2007 for $147,500.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lisa M. Thomas (51) has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two for Democrats.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that Thomas was the only registered voter residing at 1200 W. Sycamore, Carbondale as of Oct. 10, 2020.
