Seeing a quorum present, the Board of Education of Community unit School District No. 3 met at 6:00 p.m. at the Crab Orchard School in the Conference Room for a regular board meeting.
Roll call was taken with:
Troxel-absent, Gray-absent, Ray-Present, Bailey-present, Anderson-present, Blumenstock-present, Killman-absent

A motion by Blumenstock and seconded by Anderson to approve the agenda as presented.

1. Approval of bid for HVAC and Roof Replacement on High School
A motion by Blumenstock and seconded by Bailey to approve the attached low bid listed below for HVAC and Roof replacement at the High School.
A & W Plumbing HVAC Replacement with a bid of $533,800
And the alternate bid of $143,000
Joiner Sheet Metal Roof Replacement with a bid of $443,900
And the alternate bid of $131,300

1. Approval of TRS Supplemental Savings Plan per P.A.1000769
