Jan Kerr called the meeting to order at 6:06 pm
MEMBERS PRESENT: Jan Kerr, Carl Alexander, Heather Parr, Bill Center, Jeanne Goforth, Madeline Steimle, Sara Faye Marten
MEMBERS ABSENT: Debbie Tindall, Don Gladden
VISITORS PRESENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Lance Williams and Karen Henning, Interim Library Directors
MINUTES: Heather Parr made a motion to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Madeline Steimle seconded the motion. Voice Vote: Carl Alexander-aye, Heather Parr-aye, Bill Center-aye, Jeanne Goforth-aye, and Madeline Steimle-aye

FINANCIAL REVIEW: Jeanne Goforth made a motion to approve the financial review. Carl Alexander seconded the motion. Voice Vote: Carl Alexander-aye, Heather Parr-aye, Bill Center-aye, Jeanne Goforth-aye, and Madeline Steimle-aye

STATISTICAL REVIEW: Reviewed and discussed.
OLD BUSINESS:
Pandemic Response: The library will begin allowing a maximum of 10 people inside, while still restricting computer time to 30 minutes.
Update on Director Search: Madeline Steimle made a motion to extend the application deadline to the 12th of February 2021. Jeanne Goforth seconded the motion. Voice Vote: Carl Alexander-aye, Heather Parr-aye, Bill Center-aye, Jeanne Goforth-aye, and Madeline Steimle-aye
The motion carried.
Logan Sword: The sword has been moved to the Logan museum but any public events around the transfer will not happen until the pandemic eases.

Personnel - Met December 15th, will need to meet in February
Long Range Planning - Will need to meet again to work on policy manual
