De Soto median home prices fell by 8.1% in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in De Soto fell by $7,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 8.1% decrease over the $86,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in De Soto in the third quarter of 2019.
